Jamail Carter has spent all of his professional career at the intersection of technology innovation, sales and business development.  He has been involved at the start of the deregulated telecommunications industry leading a team of professionals (as the youngest regional manager) at XO Telecommunications one of the leading companies in the industry. Jamail then transitioned to The Foster Group, Inc. (IT Consulting Firm) in Chicago where he also grew that book of business year over year providing consulting services to the public sector. Jamail moved to an early stage company and was a part of the leadership team involved in strategy, product development and sales for the commercial business of Power2Switch. Power2Switch was a leading edge user-centric retail electricity marketplace that was acquired by a Kleiner Perkins backed company in 2013. Since then Mr Carter has worked at Gartner, Inc. where he has tripled the contract value after assuming responsibility of a historically underperforming territory.

Jamail has a BS from Vanderbilt University and MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He is a faithful Christ follower, lives in Chicago with his wife and 3 kids, loves reading, spending time with family & friends, all sports, and trying new things.
